Terms of service

Last updated 4 September 2026 · English. Slovak, Czech and Romanian versions are being prepared; until then, message us on WhatsApp and we will explain anything in your language.

These are the terms on which we help you find and apply for a university course. They are short because the arrangement is simple: you give us accurate information, we do the work of matching and applying, and the university decides.

What we do

We check whether you are likely to qualify for a course, we recommend courses and universities that fit your qualifications, work experience and where you live, we prepare and submit your application, and we support you through your studies, including with assignments where we offer that service.

We are an agent for the universities we work with. We do not decide who is admitted, whether funding is granted, or what a university charges. Those decisions belong to the university and to Student Finance England.

What it costs you

You do not pay us for our recruitment service. The universities pay us a commission when a student enrols and continues to attend.

Tuition fees are normally funded by a Student Finance England tuition fee loan, which is a loan and is repayable once your income is above the repayment threshold. We describe the fees in exactly those words. Any extra service we offer that carries a charge, such as paid academic support, is priced and agreed in writing before you commit to it.

What we ask of you

Give us information and documents that are true and complete. A university that finds a false document or statement will withdraw an offer, and may report it. We check documents, and we will not submit one we believe is not genuine.

Reply to us when we ask for something. Deadlines are set by universities and by Student Finance England, and a late document can mean a missed intake.

Tell us if your circumstances change, for example your address, your immigration status or your work.

Messages and calls

We contact you mainly on WhatsApp, in the language you choose from English, Slovak, Czech and Romanian. Messages about your own enquiry or application are part of the service. Marketing messages need your separate consent, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or using the link in an email.

Where a call is recorded, you are told at the start. You can ask to speak to a person at any point in a conversation with our assistant, and a person will take over.

If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with our service, tell us. Complaints are logged, a named person looks into them, and you receive a written answer. If the complaint concerns a university, we will tell you how to raise it with them as well.

We are not liable for a university’s or a funding body’s decision, or for loss caused by information you gave us that was wrong or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The company you are dealing with is named at the foot of this page. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.
